    Photo of Excel Pattern, Inc
    Excel Pattern, Inc

Excel Patterns, a full service pattern shop, was founded in 1996 in Seymour, WI. After 4 years of growth it became apparent that this young business had out grown that location.
A new more modern building was erected in 2000 and the business was moved to its present location in Bonduel, WI. This new facility with its 6,500 square feet served the business well through the recession period of the early decade into the up-swing of the mid decade.

In an effort to better serve our customers many improvements were made to Excel Patterns during this growth period. In 2006 a new Hurco VMX 64 machining center was installed to increase our machining envelope. Then in 2007 a new Hurco VMX 50 machining center was installed. These 2 machines replaced 4 of the old Sharnoa machining centers that we had been working with. The year 2008 saw the largest portion of our growth when an expansion to our building increased its size to 20,000 square feet of which 10,000 square feet are used for manufacturing. Our largest machining center was also installed at this time, a new Hurco VMX 84, again increasing the machining envelope.

These improvements have solidified our position as a “World Class” manufacturer of high quality, fully CNC machined industrial patterns and molds.

    Fritsch Equipment Corporation

When we first started, it was just the two of us plus one employee. Marianne was working in town as an accountant and also doing our bookwork. I was taking care of the two lines of equipment and repairing farm equipment.

We have since grown, and have a great group of employees. We outgrew the small building we were in and built a shop in 1989, which we’ve since added onto. Fritsch Equip. Corp. now carries dozens of lines of farm-related equipment including ventilation, barn and silo equipment.

Manufacturing has become a major part of our business. One of our products that we manufacture is the Fritsch Forage Facer. This piece of equipment is used for pulling silage down in bunker silos. Other equipment that we manufacture is a Hi-Dump Bucket so skid loaders can load quad-axle trucks, Poly Veyor, feed push-up plows, poly calf stalls and a front-mount 3-point hitch for compact tractors and utility vehicles.

An additional storage building was added north of the main building and there was a lot for the equipment. Along the way, we’ve grown to provide value to our customers by implementing programs that help manage inventory and support their strategic intent. In-mold Graphic Solutions was added in 2000. Innovation has always been at the heart of Washworld as a company.  Washworld has consistently been on the cutting edge of car wash technology. As a company of car wash owners ourselves, Washworld fully understands the daily challenges of running a car wash business. These challenges are the inspiration for all of our technologies and are implemented for the benefit of our customers and their increased profitability. The resulting advancements have earned Washworld enthusiastic endorsements from our customers worldwide.

If innovation is the heart of what makes Washworld unique, then world class customer service is truly the heartbeat. Washworld takes our commitment to customer satisfaction very seriously. In addition to technical support personnel being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, replacement parts are readily obtainable through our network of distributors as well as directly from Washworld. That attitude is appreciated by our customers. One car wash owner said, “I called several companies prior to choosing Washworld just to see what it would take to speak with a knowledgeable technical support person. Washworld seemed to be the best then and they have proven to be the best now. Imagine after owning your wash equipment for over one year and that you get a phone call from the manufacturer just to see how things are going.  Washworld did that…twice!” This sentiment is repeated over and over in emails, personal contact and internet forums. Washworld is proud of our reputation, even going so far as to help owners with competitor’s machines to insure that the customer is always first.
