Dessert Cart Attendant -

Works with suite attendants to serve dessert to the suite guests and sells to the general public, in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards. Essential Functions include: Ability to deliver timely, accurate service in a courteous and professional manner under stressful situations, ability to handle cash and inventory procedures each event, pre-event cart set-up including wiping of cart, gathering all desserts, plates, serving utensils and ice, follow proper procedures for restocking your cart, account for all sales and inventory at the end of the night.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards • Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment • Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions Physical Requirements: • Able to push and maneuver up to 50 pounds • Able to work long periods of time which involve standing, bending, stretching, reaching and pushing a heavy cart as the work duties demand • Able to take an elevator Environmental Working Condition: • Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment

Student Expectations
