Business Customer Care Co-op -

The business customer care co-op student will report directly to the Enterprise Customer Care Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will vary on a day-to-day basis. Must be able to place data in the billing system, complete data entry assignments, update trouble tickets, create maintenance tickets, learn to port in and out phone numbers, and complete miscellaneous projects for other areas of the company. Attention to detail and accuracy are needed for our fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Requires the ability to work well within a team environment and be goal orientated.

Requirements of this Opportunity

*Must be enrolled in a High School Co-Op program. *Proficient in personal computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and the Internet. *Attention to detail *Data entry proficiency and accuracy *Decision making and analytical/problem solving skills *Basic math and accounting skills

Student Expectations

  • Dress according to the standards of the particular site;
  • Call the site before the scheduled time if unable to attend on the appointed day;
  • Arrive at the site at the agreed upon time;
  • Follow all guidelines and policies of the site;
  • Complete any school assignments related to the job shadowing experience;
  • Complete all required paperwork (permission, medical authorizations, etc.).
