Green Bay Packaging Inc. is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Coated Products Operations plant, located in Green Bay, WI. Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a privately owned, diversified paper and packaging manufacturer. Founded in 1933, this Green Bay, WI based company has 3,600 employees, and 34 manufacturing locations located in 14 states. The Coated Products Operations is a converting operation, producing pressure sensitive label stock. The Coated Products facility has recently completed a major modernization, which has doubled the size of this plant. The project included a new building, Coater, Slitters and High Bay Sequencer. Duties will include operating or assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery, material handling equipment and general plant operations. We are currently on a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule, with a block of 6 consecutive days off in every three-week cycle. Employees will be required to work some Saturdays, based on production demands. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a stable work history, good communications skills, and the ability to work well with others. Shift and manufacturing experience is a plus.
